主要研究方向:

  1. 新型太赫兹功能器件及应用;

  2. 太赫兹雷达成像技术与应用;

  3. 微纳传感器及其生物医学应用。


教育经历:

2015.1– 2016.1,美国俄克拉荷马州立大学电子与计算机工程系访问学者。

2011.52013.7,中科院物理所光物理重点实验室博士后。

 2007/09 –2010/06,中科院研究生院(中科院光电技术研究所微细加工光学技术国家重点实验室)光学工程专业博士研究生。

 2002/09 –2005/04,长春理工大学光电工程学院(高功率半导体激光国家重点实验室)光学工程专业硕士生。

工作经历:

2005/04– 现在,桂林电子科技大学,电子工程与自动化学院教师。
